Hello my name is Courtney Jones and I have been working with Lassen Veterinary Services for a little over three years now. I have always had a love for animals and always knew that I wanted to become a veterinarian. I recently just received my registered veterinary technician license but will continue my studies to become a veterinarian. I plan to attend University of Nevada, Reno to complete my Bachelor’s degree then I will attend veterinary school afterwards to be rewarded the title of DVM.
My name is Taylor and I am 25 years old with a passion for animals. I have wanted to be in the veterinary field since I was 8 years old. I have 2 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 ferrets. I grew up in Yucca Valley, California and moved to Northern California in 2013 at 18 years old. Since I’ve moved, I have been attending college and working towards my education in Animal Science and Psychology. Animals and my education are my life, but I hold a soft place in my heart for rocks and minerals. I’m very interested in geology and how crystals and minerals form. I like to paint, play guitar, and read horror novels. I am a Stephen King fan and have been since I was a child and I enjoy collecting different versions of his writings. I have lived many different places from Southern California to Northern California and hope to one day be able to travel to other states and countries. I have lived in Susanville, California for three years and have found a love for the nature here. I have fallen in love with my job at Lassen Veterinary Hospital and have grown to love our staff as well. I hope to one day finish school and my veterinary program to exceed in my career.
